Laos opens first zero-carbon photovoltaic-storage-charging library
Laos opened its first zero-carbon library at Luang Prabang Peace Secondary School on Aug. 29, supported by Zhejiang Electric Power Corporation. The integrated site combines solar power, energy storage and charging facilities.
