Lakefront gets Bank of America transparency notice
Lakefront Biotherapeutics said Bank of America Corporation fell below the 10% voting-rights threshold on October 2 after a disposal of voting rights and equivalent financial instruments. The notice said Bank of America and affiliates held 8.54% of Lakefront's outstanding shares.
