Lagercrantz Group management option plan fully subscribed
Lagercrantz Group AB announced that its program of 800,000 call options for managers has been fully subscribed. The options were priced at SEK 28.90, with an exercise price of SEK 281.50, and are exercisable in two periods up to May 30, 2030.
