Lagardère Launches EUR 500 Million Bond Offering
Lagardère launched a EUR 500 million bond offering on September 9, 2026. The six-year bonds mature in September 2032 and carry an annual coupon of 5.25%. Proceeds will partially repay a bank facility from the June 2024 refinancing and a Vivendi loan. The issuance will extend the average maturity of the group’s debt. Di
