LTC Properties Sells $260M Non-SHOP Assets, Adds $160M SHOP
LTC Properties announced the divestment of two non-SHOP portfolios for over $260M, with an expected ~$225M gain. The sold assets generated $12M in annualized rent. The company also completed nearly $160M of SHOP acquisitions and anticipates an ~$180M mortgage payoff in early to mid-November 2026.
