Kuwait flattens 21 tankers and trucks seized in diesel scheme
Kuwait’s interior ministry said authorities flattened 21 tankers and trucks seized in two cases involving the theft, transport and resale of subsidized diesel. The ministry said some owners knowingly leased vehicles for the scheme.
