Kuwait is exporting about 1 million barrels of crude a day, with flows through the Strait of Hormuz recovering. Ship-to-ship transfers outside the strait and direct deliveries by Kuwait Petroleum Corp. support exports, per Shaikh Khaled Al-Sabah.
