Kraken Parent Payward Agrees to Acquire Lithuania’s Saldo Bank
Payward, the company behind crypto exchange Kraken, has agreed to acquire Saldo Bank, which operates in Lithuania. The proposed deal would give Payward an existing licensed banking operation in Europe.
