Kirkland and Skadden to pay $2 million in Medicare sanctions case
Law firms Kirkland & Ellis and Skadden Arps agreed to pay $2 million in sanctions after a federal judge in Georgia found they helped a client in a False Claims Act case hide records and make false representations.
