Kespion to Sell Land, Trees for KRW 2.94 Billion Under Compulsory Acquisition
Kespion on Oct. 16, 2026, agreed to transfer Incheon land to Incheon Urban Corporation for KRW 2.94 billion. The compulsory acquisition forms part of the Incheon Guwol 2 public housing project. The transaction represents 12.11% of total assets. Proceeds will support debt repayment to improve the financial structure. Co
