Keppel suspends arbitration under deal to sell 40% stake in Empire City
Keppel’s subsidiary Corredance suspended arbitration with its joint venture partners under an agreement to sell a 40% stake in Empire City. Denver Power Vietnam and Golden Axis will buy the stake in the Ho Chi Minh City joint venture. ALUF claims will be settled upon completion; the parties will discontinue arbitration
