Kemira nomination board proposes AGM board changes
Kemira’s nomination board proposed re-electing seven current directors and electing Christian Kohlpaintner as a new board member at the 2027 annual general meeting. It also proposed Annika Paasikivi as chair, Susan Duinhoven as vice chair and unchanged annual board fees.
