Kazakhstan plans to pursue Kashagan operator case after appeal
Kazakhstan’s Justice Ministry said enforcement actions against the Kashagan offshore oilfield operator were temporarily suspended pending the operator’s appeal, but Kazakhstan still intends to pursue the case.
