Katjes Greenfood resolves to issue new EUR 40 mln corporate bond
Katjesgreenfood GmbH & Co. KG has resolved to issue a new corporate bond with a target volume of EUR 40 million. The bond will have a maturity of five years and an interest rate between 7.75% and 8.50%, with the final rate to be determined based on subscription orders.
