Karnataka HC upholds ED seizure of Genpact Gurgaon property in FEMA case
Karnataka High Court said the Enforcement Directorate had sufficient grounds to seize Genpact’s Gurgaon property under FEMA, while leaving the question of an actual violation to the competent authority.
