Karnataka HC Questions ED Delay in FEMA Case Against CCD CEO
The Karnataka High Court questioned the Enforcement Directorate (ED) over initiating proceedings under the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) against Café Coffee Day CEO Malavika Hegde more than 12 years after the transactions in question took place.
