Kadant leadership changes as Jeffrey Powell shifts to executive chairman
Kadant said Michael C. Colwell will become president and COO on Oct. 1, 2026 and CEO and director on Jan. 2, 2027, while Jeffrey Powell will move to executive chairman. The company also declared a $0.36 quarterly dividend payable Nov. 12, 2026.
