KS Industry faces injunction lawsuit over 4,885,993-share issuance
Sangsaeng First Cooperative filed the petition in Changwon District Court’s Masan branch on Sept. 28. The suit seeks to block or suspend the effect of the planned share issuance to eMedison or its designee pending a final ruling.
