KPI Green Energy to Acquire 508 MW Wind Assets
KPI Green Energy signed a binding offer to acquire 100% equity in Alfanar Energy (AEPL) and Netra Wind (NWPL) for an enterprise value of about 2,410 crore. AEPL and NWPL jointly own 507.9 MW of operational and revenue-generating capacity in Kutch.
