KPI Green Buys Alfanar Energy, Netra Wind for Rs 2,410 Cr
KPI Green Energy has signed a binding offer to acquire 100 per cent of Alfanar Energy and Netra Wind for an enterprise value of approximately Rs 2,410 crore. This acquisition will add 507.9 MW of wind capacity with long-term power purchase agreements in Gujarat.
