KBS REIT III Renews Advisory Agreement With KBS Capital Advisors
KBS REIT III has renewed its external advisory agreement with KBS Capital Advisors, extending the term through September 27, 2027. The existing terms remain in place, with either party able to terminate on 60 days' notice or immediately under specific conditions.
