KBRA assigned preliminary ratings to 12 classes of mortgage-backed notes from the $758.7 million OBX 2026-NQM15 Trust. The underlying collateral comprises 1,437 residential mortgages, with fixed-rate mortgages at 93.6% of the pool and hybrid adjustable-rate mortgages at 6.4%.
