K33 expanded its management services agreement with Sixty Six Capital, adding resources and support under the existing arrangement. Annual management fee rises to CAD 330,000 from CAD 200,000. Sixty Six plans to appoint K33 Head of Research Vetle Lunde as treasury officer under its governance framework.
