Journeo PLC issues new shares on option exercises and PDMR dealings
Journeo plc announced the issuance of 95,178 new ordinary shares due to the exercise of options by certain employees and persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs). CEO Russ Singleton sold 104,822 shares, and CFO Nick Lowe sold 20,000 shares after exercising options.
