Johnson & Johnson Raises 2026 Outlook, Sees Drug Deals Cutting 2027 EPS
Johnson & Johnson raised its 2026 sales outlook to $101 billion-$101.40 billion and adjusted earnings guidance to $11.05-$11.15 per share. It expects the Firefly Bio acquisition and Sail Biomedicines collaboration to reduce 2027 adjusted earnings by a combined $1.36 per share.
