Jaguar Health patients continue blinded crofelemer extension phase
Jaguar Health said all randomized pediatric patients will continue in the single-blind extension phase of its pivotal crofelemer clinical trial for MVID with intestinal failure (IF). The company said continuation of blinded dosing will support its plans to file an NDA in mid-2027 for the condition.
