Jacobs JV Selected for SFPUC’s $1B Wastewater Upgrade
Jacobs, in a joint venture with PCL Construction, was selected as progressive design-build contractor for the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission’s Southeast Treatment Plant Nutrient Reduction Project. SFPUC estimates the upgrade at $1 billion.
