JaGaSolution settles Zoinla lawsuit, agrees to discontinue Kuala Lumpur High Court proceedings
JaGaSolution Berhad, via unit Red Ideas, reached a settlement with Zoinla (M) to end Kuala Lumpur High Court Suit No. WA-22IP-2-01/2025. Parties will withdraw the case without liberty to refile; a consent order is scheduled to be recorded on Oct. 15, 2026. Agreement takes effect Oct. 14, 2026; no compensatory payments
