JSW Hydro Energy appeal overturned CERC interest order
JSW Energy said its subsidiary JSW Hydro Energy has secured an Appellate Tribunal for Electricity order that set aside a Central Electricity Regulatory Commission order and allowed its claim for notional interest during construction.
