JPMorgan Chase crossed above the 5% threshold in Vivendi on Sept. 22, reaching 5.22% of share capital. Voting rights rose to 5.06%, equivalent to 52,129,442 voting rights, in a move driven by market purchases disclosed in a notice received Sept. 25.
