J&K Bank signs escrow deal to sell 0.5% PNB MetLife stake
Jammu and Kashmir Bank signed an escrow agreement with MetLife International Holdings and Barclays entities for the sale of its 0.5% stake in PNB MetLife India Insurance Company for ₹120.10 crore. The shares are to be sold at ₹117.20 per equity share.
