Italian SMEs see agentic AI as key to 2026 business opportunities: Alibaba survey
A survey by Alibaba.com found that 96% of Italian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) view agentic artificial intelligence as crucial for their business in 2026. Additionally, 74% anticipate adopting agentic AI tools within 12 months, and 87% plan to deepen their knowledge of the technology.
