Isaias strengthens into hurricane as Gulf warnings expand
Hurricane Isaias strengthened overnight in the Gulf of Mexico, with maximum sustained winds of 80 mph and a track still aimed toward the U.S. Gulf Coast. Hurricane, tropical storm and storm surge warnings are now in effect across parts of the Gulf Coast.
