Investindustrial selects JPMorgan to explore sale of Guala Closures
Private equity firm Investindustrial has picked JPMorgan and Mediobanca to explore a potential sale of Italian bottle cap maker Guala Closures, according to three people familiar with the matter. Process is in early stages.
