Intesa says MPS takeover offer not expected to face Consob hurdles
Intesa Sanpaolo says its buyout offer for Monte dei Paschi di Siena is not expected to be hampered by defence bids or by clarifications sought by Italy’s markets watchdog, a person close to the matter said.
