Intertek deal terms recap; Credit Agricole discloses >1% stake
Intertek Group plc agreed deal terms with Bidco on 18 June 2026 and set out the shareholder vote and conditions in a 15 July Scheme Document. A lender presentation said the terms were final unless topped by a third-party offer or regulatory change. Credit Agricole disclosed a stake of more than 1%.
