Integrum raises about SEK 22.9M via directed share issue
Integrum completed a directed issue of 2,666,791 Class B shares at SEK 8.6, raising approximately SEK 22.9M before costs; dilution is about 9.1%. Proceeds will support OPRA commercialization and other initiatives.
