Integra LifeSciences files 8-K on debt refinancing
Integra LifeSciences filed an 8-K reporting the pricing of $450 million of 9.500% senior secured notes due 2033 in a private placement. The company said the refinancing plan is expected to lift its effective interest rate near the high end of its previously communicated 100-200 basis point range.
