InspireMD modifies warrants to cut exercise price to $0.77, extend expiry to May 2028 or post FDA approval
InspireMD Inc. has amended terms of its Series J and K warrants, reducing the exercise price to $0.77 per share and extending the expiry date to the earlier of May 15, 2028, or 20 trading days after an FDA approval announcement for its CGuard Prime 80 cm device. The changes affect approximately 4.8 million Series J sha
