Innovent says Phase 3 RESTORE-3 met primary endpoint
Innovent Biologics said its SYCUME (teprotumumab N01 injection) met the primary endpoint in a Phase 3 study of inactive thyroid eye disease. The company said the drug showed statistically significant improvements in proptosis and a favorable safety profile.
