InnoCare reported MZL combination ORR of 89.5% and CRR of 73.7%, with 12-month PFS of 95.2%. In R/R CLL, ORR was 93.8% and median PFS was 50.8 months. Real-world MZL maintenance deepened responses; safety was described as manageable, with no atrial fibrillation noted.
