Initech Says Largest Shareholder’s Share Pledge Runs Through Dec. 31, 2026
Initech corrected its share-pledge disclosure, extending the collateral period to Dec. 31, 2026, from Oct. 15, 2026. The largest shareholder pledged 4,036,771 shares, representing a 20.4% stake, to secure KRW 21.3 billion in borrowings. Full enforcement of the pledge would reduce the shareholder’s stake to zero, potent
