Ingenia Communities (INA.AX) takeover talks: third Warburg Pincus approach at $1.5 billion
Ingenia Communities has received three takeover approaches from Warburg Pincus since the start of September, after rejecting two earlier bids, and is assessing a latest offer valued at $1.5 billion.
