Infobip predicts 200 million Black Friday, Cyber Monday UK interactions
Infobip said it expects around 193 million messages from businesses to consumers across Black Friday and Cyber Monday 2026 in the UK. The company also cited research showing 63.2% of global consumers used an AI assistant or chatbot while shopping in the past 12 months.
