Indutrade Acquires Schraner, Which Has About €8M in Annual Sales
Indutrade acquired all shares of Germany’s Schraner GmbH, a fire protection systems specialist with about €8M in annual sales (SEK 90M). The deal closed on 22 Oct and is expected to be marginally EPS positive.
