Indonesia Considers Panda Bond Sale of Up to $1.5 Billion
A finance ministry official said Indonesia is considering a return to China's onshore debt market in the fourth quarter, with planned sales of 7 billion to 10 billion yuan ($1.1 billion to $1.5 billion).
