Indah Prakasa Sentosa seeks IDX suspension lift; plans IDR 125 billion private placement
PT Indah Prakasa Sentosa says it has negative equity of IDR 42.83 billion as of June 30, 2026 and has outlined a non-preemptive private placement of up to 1.25 billion shares at IDR 100 each to raise up to IDR 125 billion, requesting an IDX trading suspension lift ahead of a 90% automotive-target acquisition.
