InMed says Mentari merger to deliver USD 490 million in gross proceeds, restore Nasdaq equity compliance
InMed is set to merge with Mentari Therapeutics under an agreement signed May 19, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. The combined company is expected to receive about USD 490 million in gross proceeds from Mentari’s pre-closing financing, including USD 50 million from convertible notes. The transaction is expected
