Imunon Agrees to Sell ThermoDox Assets to VoxelDox
Imunon entered an asset purchase agreement to sell its ThermoDox assets to VoxelDox. Closing depends on VoxelDox raising at least $2.5 million; Imunon would receive a 4.76% fully diluted stake and up to $16.5 million in clinical and regulatory milestones.
