Impact BioMedical files 8-K on reverse stock split
Impact BioMedical said it completed a 1-for-12.62 reverse stock split of its common stock on Sept. 23 and began trading on a split-adjusted basis the same day. The filing said the split reduced its issued and outstanding common shares to about 8.6 million.
